NuMettle Hair Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At NuMettle Hair, I value your time and mine. To ensure I can provide the best service to every client, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellation Fee 48 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be due. No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be responsible for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps me protect my time, accommodate other clients, and maintain the quality of service you expect from NuMettle Hair. Extenuating Circumstances I understand that unexpected situations happen. I may consider waiving or adjusting the cancellation fee in the event of genuine extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: Medical emergencies or sudden, serious illness. Family emergencies or the unexpected loss of a loved one. Severe weather or dangerous road conditions. Vehicle breakdowns or unexpected transportation issues. Natural disasters or other emergencies beyond your control. Unexpected childcare emergencies that prevent you from honoring or fulfilling the appointment commitment. Other extraordinary circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If an emergency arises, please notify me as soon as possible. I appreciate open communication and will do my best to approach each situation with understanding and fairness. Exceptions are at my discretion.
